Heart Explosions: (+) All the feels. Joy bouncing, play fighting, merry go rounds and chosen family hangs, nourish the heart and feed the soul, feel the feels, laugh and cry, share the love, cook for the heavens. (-) Can be challenging for drowning in feelings or overjoy burnout. Balance and release is key.

Full moons are meant to recognize the fruits of our labor, close out cycles and illuminate what to shed and let go of that is no longer needed. As rituals are a key part of our human evolution, I make it a ritual to write down what I'm releasing on a small piece of paper and burn it. I then intentionally invite what I want to manifest for the next few months and make note of it in my journal or vision board.
I've shared my ritual in this blog post but will add a bit more since my spiritual advisors have all said that 1/28/2021 is a super powerful day for manifestation and we all want to make the most of it... Here's what I'm doing this week to maximize & work with the universe's energy:
Consider the following questions 3 days before and after the full moon (when the energy is strongest):
~What cycles are culminating for you?
~What did you start 6 months ago that is coming to fruition now that you can be grateful for?
~Where in your life could you cultivate more joy? Where could you be more playful and spontaneous?
~What limiting beliefs are keeping you from doing so?
~Notice where you have made progress and CELEBRATE that!
Something else I'll be doing: Create a vision board for how you'd like to show up in 2021; how do you want to feel come December 31st 2021? What will you be SO PROUD of yourself for accomplishing?
